On September 12, the German Touch Rugby Championship took place in Frankfurt. The mixed team from Bonn and Cologne achieved fourth place out of 8. After a narrow defeat against Frankfurt in the first match, Stuttgart was defeated just as narrowly in the following duel. This secured their spot in the semi-finals. After an injury, our women briefly had no substitution options in the third match. Finally, it came down to a rematch against Frankfurt for the 3rd place play-off. With support from Berlin and Hamburg, to give our players a break, and despite a very strong game, it wasn’t quite enough for a podium finish in the end. Overall, we look back very positively on an exhausting day full of Touch Rugby in sunny Frankfurt.<\/p>\n
