For two years now, the RCBRS board has been active with almost no changes. After difficult years following the COVID-19 pandemic, with a significant drop in membership, the club has recently seen a very positive development. Membership numbers are at a record high, and growth can be felt across all departments. This is largely thanks to the outstanding volunteer commitment of coaches, support staff, the board, and other dedicated helpers\u2014without them, the club could not exist. This strong commitment and the positive public image are also starting to pay off financially again. Alongside rising membership fees, the first new sponsors\u2014such as Flynn’s in Bonn\u2014also consider the club\u2019s work worth supporting, so despite increasing travel costs, the club is well positioned and looking to the future with confidence. The members are very grateful to all sponsors for their generous support. <\/p>\n
The constant composition of the board also shows how much fun it is to work for the club. Only Giuseppe and Antje are stepping down as youth coordinator and supervisor. Thomas, who was already listed as a board member as a youth supervisor, is now taking over as the new youth coordinator. All other board members were confirmed in their positions. <\/p>\n
Following the renovation of the clubhouse last year, members can expect several innovations around the club this year as well. For example, according to the city’s plan, the pitch is due to be renewed, and the club shop is also being put on a solid new foundation with clothing from Kiwisport. <\/p>\n
The entire board is looking forward to another two great years together and will continue to push the positive development forward.<\/p>\n
