After the touch tournament and training camp in mid-January fell victim to the snow, the 3. and February 4, the first training camp of the Mixed Open National Team for the upcoming World Championship will finally take place. Katja, Fredda, Elias and Ian from our Lynx took part. Even though the track once again presented many of the participants with (unexpected) challenges, the preparation for the World Championships was able to start on Saturday morning with temperatures well above zero and sunshine. The plan was mainly to play a variety of games in order to give everyone the opportunity to showcase their skills. To this end, specific work was carried out on attacking lines and a new form of defense. Even though it will certainly take another camp or two for everyone to get used to each other, this weekend can be seen as a successful start to the preparation, which certainly sets a high standard for the following camps.
