What is Touch Rugby?<\/div><\/header>

Touch Rugby is an exciting and fast-paced variation of traditional rugby. Unlike classic rugby, where physical contact is allowed, touch rugby is about touching the opposing players instead of tackling them. It is a non-contact sport that emphasizes speed, agility and strategic thinking.<\/p>\n

Players do not wear protective gear and touch is often replaced by gentle touches to the shoulders or arms of the opponent. Touch Rugby promotes fitness, hand-eye coordination and teamwork while providing an exciting alternative to traditional rugby.<\/p>\n

Elias is the coach of the Touch Team and brings in all his experience to make this great sport, which is still rather little known in Germany, more popular and to teach interested people. He started playing rugby in Bonn and has also been on one or two national team training courses.<\/div><\/header>
